SHIPPING POLICY

JEWELRY - Shipping is $12 Flat Rate anywhere in North America. Jewelry orders over $100 before taxes on our online store qualify for FREE shipping.

PILLOWS - Shipping is $20 Flat Rate anywhere in North America.

All items will be shipped from Vancouver, BC via Canada post or by Chit Chats utilizing Canada Post or USPS as the carrier for shipments to the United States. Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, not including SATURDAY or SUNDAY as the post office is closed) of when your order was placed. Most items in our online store are in stock and ready to ship so some orders may go out on the same day that it is ordered. If you have a specific request for a shipping date/time please contact us to make a request.

Currently we ship to Canada and the United states covering all of North America.. Shipping times will range from 2 to 14 business days. All packages in Canada are sent via Canada Post Expedited parcel with tracking and insurance coverage of $100. Packages to the US are sent via USPS with tracking and insurance. You will be emailed a tracking number and direct link to the appropriate carrier of your shipment. It is the customers responsibility to pay for any duty or taxes charged upon receipt of their package.
